1. $50.00 Per Application, Per Adult. Fee can be paid online or with secured funds, cashier check or money order. Funds are payable to: Williams Bros. Properties
2. All applications over 18 years of age must submit a application.
3. Please Attach Income Verification (Pay stubs, Bank Statement or Tax Returns). Income must be Legal and Verifiable.
4. Applicant(s) must make a minimum of 2.5 -3 times the rental amount.
5. Applicants must have good credit.
6. Applicants must have at least 1 year on verifiable rental history
7. All applications must be complete.
8. Applicant(s) may use a co-signer if individual property owner agrees. A co-signer must have excellent credit and own property or a business in California.
9. Applicant(s) might have to pay a higher deposit depending on rental history, job history, and /or credit.
